Medications can be: Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, Antidepressant, Anxiolytic and Antipsychotic.

Anxiety

Treatment for anxiety is done according to the intensity of symptoms and the needs of each person, and may involve psychotherapy and the use of medication prescribed by the doctor, such as antidepressants or anxiolytics, which act at the brain level to reduce symptoms.

Physical activity, a healthy diet, regular sleep and relaxation exercises can help reduce anxiety. Joining a support group can also help. To effectively manage symptoms, it is recommended to avoid caffeine, alcohol and nicotine.
